Dehydrated Sourdough Starter 'Bramble'

A dehydrated sourdough starter made from our mature, active starter called 'Bramble' that we use in our bakery to make all your favourite bakes. It's dried to preserve it for easy storage and posting. Just rehydrate and feed to get baking. 12g Dehydrated Starter. 

Instructions on the sticker to guide in re-hydrating and getting started. 

Instructions: 
1. Transfer dehydrated starter into a clean jar
2. add 50g water and 25g flour, mix well, cover and leave for 24hrs. 
3. Transfer 25g of this awakened starter into a fresh clean jar add 50g water and 50g water mix well and leave for 24hrs. 

The starter should now be active and bubbly, if it isn't repeat step 3 again. Use and feed from here according to your baking schedule.
