Sourdough Granola with Dark Chocolate, Mixed Nuts and Banana Chips 

Slow-crafted and deeply comforting, our sourdough granola is a celebration of flavour, texture, and thoughtful baking.

Made using our signature sourdough starter, this granola is gently fermented before baking creating a rich, toasty depth and a satisfying crunch in every bite. Golden oats are baked with a generous mix of roasted nuts, then folded with pieces of dark chocolate and sweet banana chips for a perfectly balanced blend of earthy, bitter, and naturally sweet notes.

Each batch is made by hand in small quantities, perfect enjoyed with yoghurt, milk, or simply by the handful.
