Returns / Replacements 
for online purchases of baked goods from Forest Stroll Bakes:
I'm sure you will be happy with your delivery of baked goods however if you are not please contact us within 5 hours of your baked goods delivery to express your concerns. Baked goods are classified as a perishable item, meaning we do not accept returns or offer refunds due to change of mind or slightly delayed delivery, as per distance selling laws. Your baked goods will be shipped via a tracked delivery of Royal Mail or DPD 24/48hr therefore when placing an order you accept that though we ship expecting a 24hr delivery sometimes it can take 48hrs to arrive. Often in transit items can be knocked around so please expect some movement of baked goods within the packaging sent, this will not affect the quality or taste of the baked goods. 
If your delivery does not arrive within 48hrs and you are unhappy to accept it you can refuse it on arrival activating a return to us. 
If you feel your baked have been damaged beyond being edible please contact us immediately on their arrival with photos and videos so that we can raise this issue with the shipping company and assess how to move forward. 

for online purchases of non personalised items: 
I'm sure you will be delighted with your purchases. However if you should wish to return an item you have purchased on this website please notify us within 48 hours and return the goods within 7 days, in their original packaging, undamaged at your own expense (we do not cover returns postage costs). Postage and packaging costs for all orders are non refundable. Please obtain a proof of postage when returning, we can not be held liable for items which fail to be received back to us. 
for online purchases of custom or personalised orders: 
We do not accept returns of any personalised or custom made products. 

for purchases in store: 
We do no accept returns for items purchased in store, unless items are faulty. 
Exchanges are available only at our discretion. Items must be in perfect re-saleable condition with no marks or scuffs on the item and/or packaging. The item must not have been opened. A receipt must be provided and the purchase must have been made no longer than 7 days prior. We are entitled to refuse exchanges for any reason. 

These policies do not affect your statutory rights.
