Shipping policy
We aim to prepare, package and dispatch all orders within 4-5 working days however it can take up to 12 working days for orders to be dispatched during busy times of year for example November and December.
We use Royal Mail or DPD Tracked which can take 24/48hrs from shipping to arrive.
Forest Stroll Bakes items are freshly baked to fit within their baking schedule packaged and shipped independently by Jonathan and Reuben using either Royal Mail or DPD Tracked a 24/48hr delivery service. Though we expect items to reach you in 24hrs from being shipped please note before ordering it can sometimes be 48hrs. If you require an order to be baked and delivered within a certain time frame you must contact them to discuss in advance.
Please note that we are unable to guarantee Royal Mail or DPD delivery timescales. Please note that P&P charges are set to cover postage and packaging costs.
