If you have any questions please contact us BEFORE ordering. 

If an item is ever out of stock you will be refunded for that item and the remaining items will be sent to you. If this is a concern always contact us BEFORE ordering. We DO NOT refund shipping costs.

IDC Ltd is VAT registered, the number is GB290368094 however it is not set up for VAT invoicing and is unable to provide specific VAT invoices. You should be able to claim the VAT by using the dispatch note provided and adding the VAT number to it.
