Sourdough Granola with White Chocolate & Cranberry

Our small-batch sourdough granola is slowly toasted until golden and crisp, made using our house sourdough starter (named Bramble) for a subtle depth of flavour that sets it apart from the everyday.

Hearty oats are gently folded with sweet-tart cranberries and finished with creamy white chocolate pieces that melt ever so slightly into the clusters. The result is a beautifully balanced blend of crunch, fruit and softness, lightly sweet, comforting, and full of texture.

The sourdough adds a quiet complexity and helps create those rustic clusters we love, giving each handful character and warmth.

Made in our micro bakery kitchen with the same care as our loaves, this granola reflects our love of seasonal ingredients and thoughtful baking.

Perfect scattered over yoghurt, enjoyed with milk, or eaten straight from the pack on slow woodland mornings.
