White Sourdough with White Chocolate & Cranberry

A beautifully slow-fermented white sourdough, gently folded with sweet-tart cranberries and creamy white chocolate for a loaf that feels both comforting and a little indulgent.

Our signature sourdough is naturally leavened using our house starter (named Bramble) and given time to develop flavour, structure and that delicate chew we love. The mild tang of the sourdough balances perfectly with bursts of fruity cranberry, while pockets of melted white chocolate soften into the crumb as it bakes.

The result is a loaf with a golden crust, tender interior and just the right touch of sweetness, perfect lightly toasted, enjoyed served alongside a cosy afternoon cup of tea.
