Sourdough Mini Egg Chocolate Brownie

A rich, deeply chocolatey brownie made with our house sourdough starter (named Bramble) and folded with chunks of dark, milk and white chocolate, finished with a generous scattering of colourful mini eggs.

Slow-fermented sourdough brings a subtle depth and balance to the sweetness, giving these brownies a flavour that lingers, soft at the centre, delicately crackled on top, and studded with pockets of melted chocolate throughout.

The mini eggs add a playful crunch and a creamy sweetness that feels nostalgic and seasonal a little nod to spring gatherings and shared kitchen tables.

Baked in small batches in our micro bakery kitchen, each tray is made with care, patience and an appreciation for proper, comforting bakes.
