Sourdough Savoury Muffin | Cheese, Tomato & Basil

Savoury, soft, and full of comforting flavour, our Cheese, Tomato & Basil muffins are a beautifully balanced bake inspired by simple, rustic ingredients. Made with our naturally fermented sourdough starter, each muffin has a tender crumb with a subtle depth of flavour. Sweet, roasted notes from the tomato weave through pockets of rich, melted cheese, while fragrant basil adds a gentle, herbaceous lift. Soft on the inside with a lightly golden top, these muffins are perfect served warm, enjoyed alongside soups, or added to a grazing board for a savoury touch. Baked in small batches in our home bakery, using considered ingredients and traditional methods, they reflect our love for honest, flavourful baking.
